- Watch 2 – 3 ten minute videos per week for a total of 10 brief videos.
- Complete 3 brief assessments over the 30 days (3 – 5 mins each.)
- Practice at least one tool per week from the video lessons.
- Participate in online confidential discussion at least once per week.
- Participate in a group zoom at the end of the 30 days.
- 30 day access to two video based modules, ‘Foundations’ and ‘Life Giving List.’
