Are you seeking a more intensive and focused approach to therapy?
Lisa, a licensed therapist with specialized training in trauma and attachment therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems, is here to help. With several years of experience in private practice, she understands the benefits of weekly therapy but also recognizes the value of a therapeutic intensive.
If you have previously tried weekly therapy or are looking for a breakthrough in stuck places, a soul care intensive with Lisa may be the solution.
Before securing a slot, Lisa will schedule a Zoom call with you to determine if an intensive is right for you and if she is the best fit for your needs.
Steve will teach the core tools of Capable Life and you will also be in a peer cohort led by Steve and a Capable Life coach. Peer cohorts are powerful, because no matter who is presenting, everyone is learning.
We offer two types of intensives:
– For individuals and teams wanting to experience our deeper interactive tools.
– For those wanting to coach or facilitate our unique tools in their own setting or for their own clients.
Experience profound personal and professional growth with Steve’s 5-day intensive.
Designed for individuals or teams, this intensive introduces you to a number of the Capable Life tools. Spend each day learning and applying these tools directly with Steve, and a Capable Life coach. Our schedule is a rhythm of work, rest and play. We begin Sunday night with a long, slow dinner and we wrap up Thursday at 1130am.
During the intensive, we’ll focus on:
We also explore specific anxiety generators and core beliefs, work on a Life Giving List. Plenty of time for Q&A and cases.
If your organization is paying. (Most organizations will scholarship some or all of an intensive).
If you are paying out of your own pocket.
Intensives can be a significant investment of time and money and if you would like to explore one, we encourage you to ask your organization to sponsor you or offset the cost. You are worth the investment.
All intensives are held in the northern suburbs of Denver in either Erie, CO or Lafayette, CO. You can stay anywhere between Westminster and Boulder, CO and be 10 minutes to 25 minutes away. If you want to extend your stay or even pop up to the mountains, Estes Park is 75 mins away. Evergreen is 60 minutes away.
We are happy to suggest accommodation based on how you enjoy spending your down time and your budget.
