We naturally assume that our belief in God is our deepest, most core belief, but what if it isn’t and what if that is why we struggle to encounter God in a soul satisfying way? What if the peace, freedom and love that God promises is on the other side of a locked set of beliefs? Several years ago I was startled to discover that while my belief in God is my most precious belief it is not my deepest. Underneath my faith in God lies a whole bevy of beliefs and assumptions that keep me locked and blocked. During Unlocking Faith, each speaker will present a specific key to help you locate and then unlock a core belief that might be blocking your connection to God.
